OUR COMPANY AND FACILITIES
New World Solutions boats an experienced and diversified international management team. We've leaned the lessons on how outsourcing can succeed or fail. We have a keen understanding of the many unique dynamics of doing business in the Philippines. Some non-local management members are approaching 15 years in-country experience. As such, we've developed a strong network that can produce unique leads and sources.
Our company is a lean reliable private firm. We're constantly right sizing to maximize our competitiveness in line with our customer requirements. For this reason, we can pay our workers better helping us attract the top talent, all while charging our clients less. We're unlike most of our competitors which are large multinational firms with hungry infrastructure costs. Equally important, because we specialize in staff augmentation, we don't have methodologies to impose our clients – your team will adopt your company's practices.
Our main office is located in the heart of metro manila - Makati. Our walk-to-train location helps us attract talent since commuting is challenging due to heavy traffic congestion. All our locations are secure and require access cards which tells us who enters and leaves and when. We require redundant power supplies, reliable internet connectivity, and weekend/evening air conditioning. Every location has a state-of-the-art conference room with the best audio and video teleconferencing equipment. We often include fully equipped lunch rooms.
New World Solutions is a fan of outsourcing from the Philippines for many reasons. Most attractive are the pricing advantages over other locations. However, there are many more important considerations. The Philippines is a very westernized country with excellent English skills that prides itself on its warm hospitality. There's a solid supply of well educated computer savvy workers with admirable work ethics and good motivation. Important also is the strong sense of employer loyalty. Philippine workers are less likely to job-hop - a growing problem in other outsourcing countries. Since the nations biggest export remains its citizens, all raised in a service orientated culture, we believe these dynamics will continue into the foreseeable future.
