New World Solution's mission is to create the best possible outsourced staffing solution for those clients wishing to maintain direction and control of their work force.
Our process begins with a discussion of the client’s expectations as to how outsourcing can increase their productivity and improve the bottom line. New World Solutions will then study the engagement to ensure we can provide a solution that will succeed. The next step is to identify, interview, and hire the ideal candidates. In most instances, the process is fast as we have a well-developed resource pipeline. We can often jump start the project by reassigning qualified existing staff coming off other projects.
During the entire engagement we supervise the client’s satisfaction and quickly step in to make any improvements or corrections as required. Likewise, we pay keen attention to the staff's motivation while providing full administrative function such as hiring, payroll, benefits, and training. When an employee leaves the project, there are no obligations to the client and we will work to ensure an orderly disengagement.
The core of our model is to allow the client to direct and control the work product. In most instances, we assign a senior liaison to a designated client contact. However, because each engagement is unique, we are flexible and adopt a work flow that suits the client’s preferences. New World Solutions will provide any mix of phone, email, video, and chat to ensure fluid communications. Hours are never an issue as we work any hours required by the client. In the end, our goal is to achieve the feeling of a company office just down the road.
